      1. Shipping: By making a purchase on our site you acknowledge that CrownMinded offers standard or ground shipping through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery can take from 3-7 business days depending on your location. Faster shipping services are available at check-out. Please note, all shipping estimates are in business days and do not count the day you make your purchase. All non-expedited orders that are shipped via the postal service may be subject to USPS delays that are out of our control. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders that are not received, until 30 days have passed since the latest scan by the postal service. We understand this may be not be ideal for you as a buyer, but these are rare circumstances that may occur and it is important you are aware of this possibility. Expedited orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and should arrive to you within 3 business days the latest. That is 3 day transit time, not counting the day you make your purchase. The cut off time for a shipment to go out the same day is 3:00PM Pacific Time. Orders that come in after 3:00PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day and will still need up to 3 days of transit time. Express Shipping is shipped via UPS or USPS and is 2nd day service to many areas. In very rare circumstances, given the ship-to address, we are unable to provide 2nd day service, in which case it will be shipped via 3 day shipping and you will be refunded the extra $5 in shipping cost. While we do ship to the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands; Please add a few days to the delivery time estimates quoted at checkout.
      2. Delivery: By making a purchase on our site you acknowledge that Crown Minded is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of packages after delivery. Unfortunately, even if your ring cameras do not catch the delivery, or if you are in your driveway at the time of delivery but did not get the package, we are still not liable for a package that has been scanned delivered. We also ask that you kindly not accept any packages that appear damaged or open. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product or shipment after they are scanned delivered by the courier. The extent of our liability for the delivery of a package ends at a delivery scan by USPS, UPS or Fedex. Any damages or loss of shipments after delivery, should be addressed to USPS, Fedex or UPS respectively. For the safety and security of your packages, a 'signature on delivery' service option is available for an additional cost at checkout.
      3. Intellectual Property: By visiting our website, you acknowledge that CrownMinded does not allow the reuse or distribution of images on our website. All images on our website are to be considered protected by copyright laws and should not be saved, reused, nor distributed.

Disclaimer: By visiting our website you acknowledge that the content and information posted on CrownMinded.com and the products and services provided are made available to you, the user, AS IS without warranties or representation of any kind. CrownMinded dislaims and exclude any express or implied warranty or representations of any kind. We also do not offer any kind of warranty on any of our products. Once a product has been used, we can no longer exchange it or replace it for you if problems arise. 
      5. Returns & Exchanges: By making a purchase on our site you acknowledge that CrownMinded.com does not accept returns for items that have been modified in any way, such as: monograms, alterations, for return or exchange. CrownMinded does not accept returns to any product or products purchased using a promotional or discount code. Any purchases made using a discount or promotional code is considered final sale. Refunds are based on the original price paid, excluding shipping, which is not refundable. Gift Wrapping is more of a service than a product and therefore is not refundable. CrownMinded does not accept the return of white caps, jeans or t-shirts. If you are buying a product that is white, please be aware that we can not exchange it nor accept its return. We also do not accept the returns of watches, underwear, sunglasses and socks. CrownMinded does not cover the cost of return shipping. Return shipping is to be paid by you, the buyer. Returns are processed within 3 business days of arriving at our location. Once a refund is issued, it may take 2-5 business days to appear on your payment method.
