      We understand that sometimes items just don’t work out for one reason or another. We’re happy to try and make it right for you with a return or an exchange. We ask that the item be returned within 30 days of package delivery. The item must be brand new, unused or unwashed, with all tags and original packaging still attached and any accessories included.

      We cannot accept items that have been modified in any way, such as: monograms, alterations, for return or exchange.

      We also do NOT offer any kind of warranty on our products. Once a product has been used, we can no longer exchange it or replace it for you if problems arise. 

      All orders using our SWEEP or BOGO discount codes are final sale. No returns or exchanges of any kind are allowed on these orders.

      Refunds are based on the original price paid, excluding shipping, which is not refundable. Gift Wrapping is more of a service than a product and therefore is not refundable.

      In addition, we do not accept any returns for underwear, socks, watches, sunglasses or sale items. We also do not accept returns of white caps, jeans or t-shirts. If you are buying a product that is white, please be aware that we can not exchange it nor accept its return.

      Our fitted cap drops are Final Sale items. No returns, exchanges or order cancellations are allowed for those caps.

      Any caps returned in any box that is smaller than 8x8x6 inches in any one dimension, will not be opened or considered for returns.

      Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded nor exchanged. If a customer wants to reclaim any such non-refundable items, they will be responsible for paying shipping to retrieve them. Otherwise items will be donated.

      Returns are at the buyer's expense. You may ship the return package to us using any carrier you wish. You do not need a prior authorization from us, just make sure to include a copy of your packing list or receipt in the package so we will know which account to make the refund to, or which address to ship an exchange to.

      If you are asking to make an exchange, let us know what you are wanting to exchange the item for. We will ship an exchange item with no additional shipping charges one time. If more exchanges are required, you will need to pay shipping for them.

      Returns Processing:

      We process most returns within 3 days of receipt. You will receive an email indicating the amount credited to your account if a return is requested, or an email indicating your exchange was shipped. Depending on your credit card processor, it may take up to 7 days to see the money refunded to your account.
