Return & Exchange Policy

At Crown Minded, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All merchandise must be new, unused, and unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and included accessories intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for items delivered more than 30 days prior.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been modified or customized (e.g., monograms, alterations).
• Hot market or limited-event items, including but not limited to: Postseason, Playoffs, World Series, Super Bowl, Championship merchandise.
• Orders placed using discount or promotional codes (final sale).
• Underwear, socks, watches, sunglasses, Stankeez, and all sale items.
• White products, including white caps, jeans, backpacks, and t-shirts.

Product Condition & Warranty

• Crown Minded does not offer product warranties.
• Once an item has been used, it is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
• Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be refunded or exchanged.

If a customer wishes to have a non-eligible item returned back to them, they must provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, items will be donated or disposed of after 14 days.

Packaging Requirements

• Caps must be returned in a box no smaller than 8 x 8 x 5 inches.
• Packages that do not meet this requirement will not be opened or processed.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued based on the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• Gift wrapping is considered a service and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customers may purchase a return label through our return portal for $7.99, or ship the item using a carrier of their choice.
• Please ensure you obtain a tracking number, as refunds cannot be issued for items not received.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Customers may select an exchange item through the return portal at the time of submitting their request.
