Shipping & Delivery

At Crown Minded, we are committed to delivering your order with efficiency, care, and reliability. Please review the following shipping guidelines to ensure a seamless experience.

Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States on orders of $10 or more.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
  • Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be provided via email within 2–3 business days of order placement.
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or address changes.

Packaging

All caps are carefully packaged and shipped in protective cardboard boxes to preserve their structure and quality during transit.

Inventory Availability

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • You will be contacted with the option to select a replacement or cancel the item.
  • If no response is received within 24 hours, the unavailable item will be canceled and any remaining items will ship.
  • You will not be charged for items that are not fulfilled.

Delivery & Liability

  • CrownMinded’s responsibility for a shipment concludes once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
  • Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear opened or damaged.
  • Any delivery-related issues after confirmed delivery must be addressed directly with the respective carrier.
  • For added security, a signature confirmation service is available at checkout for an additional fee. We may also require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only, in accordance with brand distribution restrictions.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx:

  • Standard Shipping: 
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Expedited Shipping: 
    Delivered within approximately 3-business days (transit time).
    Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM PT to ship the same day.

  • Express Shipping: 
    Delivered within 2-business days (transit time) to most locations. 
    Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM PT to ship the same day.


  • In rare cases where 2-business day service is unavailable, orders will ship via 3-business day service and any difference in shipping cost will be refunded to you.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping timeframes are transit time estimates in business days and do not include order processing time.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT, or on weekends/holidays, will ship the following business day and will still require 2 or 3 business days in transit depending on your paid shipping method.

Carrier Delays

  • Standard (non-expedited) shipments may occasionally be subject to carrier delays beyond our control, particularly with USPS.
  • Refunds or replacements for undelivered packages will not be issued until 30 days have passed since the last carrier scan.
  • Expedited Or Express Shipping paid to us may be refunded to you in the event of any transit delays. You can contact us via email in this regard.

Shipping Exceptions

Delivery to the following locations may require additional transit time:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Canal Zone, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

International Shipping (Canada)

  • Shipping to Canada is available via UPS or USPS.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by Canadian authorities.
  • Shipping fees paid to Crown Minded cover transportation only and do not include import-related charges.
  • Returned international shipments are eligible for a refund of merchandise only, excluding shipping costs.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery attempts and coordinating with the carrier as needed.
